Our Policies

At Fournier Massage Therapy we understand that unanticipated events happen in everyone's life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all of our clients, and out of consideration to the therapist's time, we have adopted the following policies:


A 24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment.

If you are unable to give us the minimum 24 hours advance notice, and we are unable to fill your time slot, you will be charged 50% of what would have been your treatment fee. This charge will be either automatically deducted from your outstanding balance, existing 'package plan' or gift certificate; otherwise, it must be paid in full prior to your next treatment. If we are able to fill "your" time slot with somebody else, you will not be charged for that missed appointment.


Appointment times have been arranged specifically for you. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to honor the appointments times of others who follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will determine if there is enough time remaining to provide a high quality treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for payment of the "full" session scheduled appointment. However, we will do our best to satisfy your scheduled time.


Clients who either forget or consciously choose to forgo their appointment will be considered a "no-show". They will be charged for their "missed" appointment and future service will be denied until payment is made.


In an effort to maintain a healthy environment, we ask that if you are sick (which includes a cold, a fever, the flu, etc) or have the onset of symptoms of an illness that you reschedule your appointment. If you arrive for your appointment with symptoms of an illness, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment. This is for your well being as well as the health of other therapists and clients.


In our effort to maintain a relaxing and tranquil atmosphere for clients, we ask that all cell phones be silenced or turned off upon entering our center. Cell phone use is not permitted beyond the reception area.

Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly in order to be on time. Please arrive 10-15 mins early on your first visit to fill out an intake form.
